Partnership with Mecklenburg County Park & Rec’s Southview Recreation Center for our Champions United event that will be on Saturday, March 14th from 11:00- 3:00 at the Southview Rec Center. Our event will highlight our Soul of a Champion sports scholarship and we are inviting various youth service organizations to share program information with families. We would love to share information with all students about how they can get connected with your Visual Arts Program.

Creating Exposure Staff and students will have a chance to introduce their organization to the crowd during our welcome around 11:20 and then students and families will be able to break out into various activities and have time to talk with vendors from 12-2.

We will have DJ’s, food trucks, prizes, basketball contests (free throw, 3-on-3 and 3-point) and other activities going on for our families. We are inviting residents in our communities near West Blvd (Arbor Glen, Renaissance, and Little Rock Apartments). We expect between 80 and 100 people to attend.
